Insurance & Breakdown Cover

It is your responsibility to arrange full 24 hour emergency accident, breakdown and recovery cover for your bike and personal & medical cover for yourself. Cancellation

If less than 4 bikes are booked within 4 weeks of any tour departure, we will have to cancel the tour. In such an event you will receive 4 weeks notice and a full refund.

If you cancel, the following charges shall apply:
6 – 4 weeks before departure your deposit
2 weeks before departure the full cost of the tour

Amendments in the Tour Itinerary

As the Tours are planned in advance, it is not always possible to determine what changes may be necessary when the tour takes place. If a significant change of route or destination is unavoidable, you will be notified and a full refund offered if required.

Delays

Although we shall endeavour to overcome any difficulties and complications we may encounter, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control i.e. ferry delays, weather conditions, terrorism, war, traffic congestion, industrial disputes, etc.

Our Promise

We will ensure that all aspects of the tour outlined are booked and all efforts will be taken to ensure that all arrangements are made with reputable third parties. However, we cannot be held responsible for amenities at destinations which are beyond our control.

Your Promise

All riders are expected to treat other members of the tour and other road users, with respect at all times. Therefore, it must be understood that dangerous and discourteous riding is unacceptable.

All riders and pillions are responsible for ensuring that they abide by local laws and that in any event where there is a breach of such law, they are responsible for any penalty that may ensue.

All riders must ensure that their motorcycles are in a sound mechanical condition and that there is no reason to suspect that their bike will fail to complete the tour.

We advise upon Emergency breakdown cover (above) and will assume that all necessary cover has been taken out. If a motorcycle suffers a breakdown or accident damage it is therefore, the sole responsibility of the rider. However, we will offer all reasonable assistance if such a situation was to arise but cannot be held responsible in such cases and the tour will be obliged to continue without you. Hopefully, you would be able to rejoin the tour at a later date. However, if this is impossible, we cannot be held responsible for mechanical or accidental damage and will be unable to refund the cost of the tour – this should be covered by your insurance.

If a rider or pillion for whatever reason, decides to leave the tour they will not be eligible for a refund.

All necessary personal and motorcycle documentation is carried.
